Simple! With a CAREZ repair, MAPFRE will secure an agreed price for the repair and coordinate payment directly with Hot Rod DreamWorks & Collision Repair if they are a CAR EZ Repair Shop. For repairs completed outside of the CAR EZ network, you will be responsible for coordinating the payment of any balance that a non-CAR EZ shop may charge.
If Hot Rod DreamWorks & Collision Repair finds additional damage during the repair process, they will contact MAPFRE Insurance. MAPFRE will arrange to assess the additional damage at their location at 24315 S. Hwy 99E, Canby, OR 97013 and MAPFRE will write a supplemental appraisal if necessary.
