For repairs completed outside of the CAR EZ network, you will be responsible for coordinating the payment of any balance that a non-CAR EZ shop may charge.
If Ingellis Auto Body & Repair LLC finds additional damage during the repair process, they will contact MAPFRE Insurance. MAPFRE will arrange to assess the additional damage at their location at 23 West Street, West Hatfield, MA 01088 and MAPFRE will write a supplemental appraisal if necessary.
