Simple! With a CAREZ repair, MAPFRE will secure an agreed price for the repair and coordinate payment directly with Haskins Automotive if they are a CAR EZ Repair Shop. For repairs completed outside of the CAR EZ network, you will be responsible for coordinating the payment of any balance that a non-CAR EZ shop may charge.
If Haskins Automotive finds additional damage during the repair process, they will contact MAPFRE Insurance. MAPFRE will arrange to assess the additional damage at their location at 467 Washington St, Wellesley, MA 02482 and MAPFRE will write a supplemental appraisal if necessary.
