Simple! With a CAREZ repair, MAPFRE will secure an agreed price for the repair and coordinate payment directly with Oliver Auto Body (Wetherell's) if they are a CAR EZ Repair Shop. For repairs completed outside of the CAR EZ network, you will be responsible for coordinating the payment of any balance that a non-CAR EZ shop may charge.
If Oliver Auto Body (Wetherell's) finds additional damage during the repair process, they will contact MAPFRE Insurance. MAPFRE will arrange to assess the additional damage at their location at 218 Fourth Street, Pittsfield, MA 01201 and MAPFRE will write a supplemental appraisal if necessary.
