How is the payment coordinated with Lund Collision?

For repairs completed outside of the CAR EZ network, you will be responsible for coordinating the payment of any balance that a non-CAR EZ shop may charge.

What happens if Lund Collision finds additional damage?
If Lund Collision finds additional damage during the repair process, they will contact MAPFRE Insurance. MAPFRE will arrange to assess the additional damage at their location at 910 Plymouth Street, Bridgewater, MA 02324 and MAPFRE will write a supplemental appraisal if necessary.
